What exactly do you do?
We roll your bins to the curb before your collection day and bring them back after the truck empties them. That's it — that's the service. You never have to think about trash night again.
Which cities do you serve?
South Bend, Mishawaka, and Granger, Indiana. That's the whole South Bend metro, and it's all we do — we'd rather be excellent in three cities than mediocre in thirty.
How much does it cost?
Sixty dollars a month for the first 50 properties as a charter member rate, then seventy dollars a month at the regular rate. An additional tote is ten dollars a month. No setup fee, no contract.
Do you have a referral program?
We do, and it's the best deal we offer. Every new customer you refer takes $5 off your monthly rate — permanently, not just once. It stacks, so three referrals is $15 off every month for as long as you're all customers. The person you refer has to become an active paying customer before the credit starts.
Is there a limit to how much I can save?
There's no cap on referrals. Your bill floors at $0 — it never goes negative and we don't pay out cash below that. At 12 referrals your service is free, and at that point we want to talk to you about getting paid for referrals instead of just running your bill to zero.
How often is service provided?
Every trash week, on your municipality's actual collection calendar. If a holiday bumps your pickup by a day, we shift with it automatically — you don't have to tell us.
Is this per trash can or per household?
Per household. The standard rate covers a typical setup of one trash tote and one recycling tote. If you've got more bins than that, additional totes are ten dollars a month each.
What if I want to cancel?
No hard feelings — you can fly the coop anytime. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no hidden charges.
Do you service during bad weather?
Yes. Rain, cold, or a genuine Michiana snow event — the toucan stays on the move. If the city's trucks are out, so are we.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as our team can reach your bins, you can stay inside. We handle the heavy lifting and the cold hands.
What if a pickup is missed?
That week is credited automatically. You don't need to file anything or argue about it — we credit it and move on.
